Q: Is the Property River Front?
A: Although the property is not directly riverfront, all guests receive FREE river access via the
KP Hole Park Boat Ramps. This county park is located a short 3 minute walk from the bungalows property.

Q: Can we bring our own Tubes?

A: Tube Rentals are only permitted from the KP Hole Park or the Rainbow Springs State Park tubing. Personal Tubes are not permitted to be launched from the KP Hole Park. Tubing at the KP Hole Runs from April 1-September 30th.

Q: Can I bring my own paddlecraft or boat? Does Rainbow River Bungalows offer paddlecraft rentals?

A: Yes! Bring your boat, kayak or paddle board to access the Rainbow River FREE via the KP Hole Park! Rainbow River Bungalows also offer single seat kayaks and stand up paddle board rentals on site. They are $40 per vessel/per day.

Q: How long can I use kayak rentals? Do you offer transportation back to the Bungalows?

A: When you rent from us, you’re able to use the kayaks the whole day! We do not provide transportation back to the bungalows if you choose to float the whole river. Alternatively you can rent kayaks or tubes at the KP Hole Park, Rainbow River Canoe and Kayak or a boats-and-rows-kayaking.

Q:How many bungalows are on site?

Q: Do you offer group rates?

A: Yes! if you rent 3 or more bungalows we will provide a special group rate discount.

Q: Can we get married on the property?

Q: Are there alligators in the Rainbow River?

Yes, like all bodies of water in Florida there are alligators in the Rainbow River. They are accustomed to many people on the river and usually are not seen. Always use caution and do not swim during dawn and dusk.

Q: Where can I swim?

Options for swimming: 1)After launching paddle craft guests can swim anywhere in the River 2) KP hole park $7 to swim in their swimming area 3) Rainbow Springs state park $5 per vehicle admission. Large & Deep beautiful swimming area 4) Dunnellon city beach $4 per person admission.
